Romantic decoration is included! The apartment is located 300 meters from the Bordeaux metro station and 50 meters from a small square with several shops: bakery, tobacconist, spar and pizzeria...

You will find :
- An entrance with cupboard, storage and washing machine
- A living room with massage chairs, sauna and jacuzzi, TV with sound bar, a games table (billiards, table football, ping-pong, bowling, chess, etc.), massage table and oil available
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (combined microwave, oven, senseo, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishes)
- A bathroom with very large shower (160 × 70) and wall-mounted toilet
- A bedroom with four-poster bed, very good quality mattress (160 × 200), small wardrobe
- A private garden with 3 distinct spaces: a dining table on the covered terrace, a 2-seater hammock and cocooning garden furniture

Other remarks

Parties are prohibited in the accommodation, we will be forced to stop the reservation if there is too much noise and would disturb the neighborhood
