This charming and atypical 21m2 studio is located 320m from the Capitol. It has a private terrace of 5m². renovated at the end of 2021, you can rest on a catamaran-type net and benefit from a real sleeping area on the mezzanine. It can accommodate 2 travelers. It is located on the first floor without elevator. Netflix, internet, coffee, tea, condiments, sheets, towels and basic necessities are at your disposal. Despite its central location, the studio is very quiet.

The apartment is fully equipped (you will find the list of equipment in the photos of the publication). The height of the ceiling under the mezzanine is 1m95 (under the beams) and 2m05 (under the floor). You will find:

- A catamaran-type net where you can rest in complete peace of mind. Warning: it is prohibited and dangerous to jump on the net

Neighborhood highlights

You will be 300 meters from the Capitol, in the very center of the historic district of Toulouse. Close to all the shops and very famous pedestrian streets such as rue Alsace Lorraine or rue Saint Rome, you can do everything on foot! The entrance is through a very beautiful carriage entrance and the Place des Wells Clos is opposite. Despite everything, the interior courtyard of the building and the private terrace are very quiet.
