The accommodation is very bright, with high ceilings. It can accommodate 2 travelers. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). Netflix, Internet, cold drinks, hot drinks (coffee and tea), condiments, sheets, towels and basic necessities are at your disposal.

You will find: - An entrance with cupboard and storage - A living room with sofa bed (real 140*190 mattress) and television - A fully equipped kitchen (microwave and Brandt integrated oven, Klarstein hood, Senseo, Toaster, kettle) - A bathroom (small but functional!) with hydromassage shower and washing machine - A mezzanine bed with a very good mattress (140*190) where you can sit (1m25 high) - Another mezzanine with a reading and board games corner (height of 95cm)

This charming and very pleasant neighborhood benefits from numerous amenities, gardens and parks. There are many shops nearby and a small grocery store with a wide opening hours 100 meters from the apartment!
